As a Customer Success Manager at Ox Security, you will play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing team focused on helping clients secure their AI applications. Your experience in SaaS and understanding of customer needs will enable you to facilitate seamless onboarding, provide valuable training, and resolve inquiries effectively. Building strong relationships is essential in this high-impact role that works cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding for new customers for smooth integration

• Provide effective training and guidance on workflows

• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders

• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout customer life cycles

• Monitor usage and identify opportunities for upselling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• 3+ years in Customer Success in a SaaS context

• Cybersecurity experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent problem-solving mindset
