The Benefits Specialist role involves providing critical support for benefit-related queries and troubleshooting complex issues. You will ensure accurate process documentation while also maintaining timely completion for client administration tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Process all benefits activities accurately for clients
• Support benefits-related inquiries and resolve issues
• Maintain documentation for process accuracy
• Provide client support for processing-related challenges
• Address audit points and maintain control standards
Requirements:
• Fluent in English for effective communication
• Experience in benefits outsourcing or consulting
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage priorities under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tracking systems
Develop critical benefits administration skills and support client satisfaction with Dayforce.
