The Market. Handle participant inquiries, support training, and manage communications effectively.
This role reports to the Manager of Delegate Experience & Submissions. You will engage in high-volume tasks, analyze operational data, and enhance attendee interactions during the event. Experience in customer service or festival environments is beneficial for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage attendee inquiries through centralized communications
• Update internal resources and process documentation
• Survey attendee touchpoints for accuracy and branding
• coordinate cross-departmental workflows effectively
• Support volunteer training and resolve queries promptly
Requirements:
• Degree in arts management or administration is an asset
• At least 1 year in customer service or event settings
• Proven ability in managing high-volume external communications
• Writing and copy-editing experience preferred
• Familiarity with film or festival industries is valuable
