You will work from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, interacting with customers both in person and via phone. Your responsibilities will include resolving issues promptly and monitoring security systems to uphold safety standards. Your positive demeanor will significantly impact customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers on-site and via intercom
• Address inquiries and provide guidance efficiently
• Tackle complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Monitor security systems for safety
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and initiate service requests
Requirements:
• High school diploma or higher
• Basic computer skills including MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
• Customer service experience beneficial
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
