As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist with daily operations, focusing on customer support, order management, and SAP entry verification. Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as Supply Chain and Quality, to ensure precise documentation and smooth order flow through issue resolution and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a contact for customer inquiries and support
• Enter and verify Purchase Orders in SAP for accuracy
• Identify and escalate order discrepancies effectively
• Process shipment claims in SAP and maintain documentation
• Provide administrative support for compliance documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum college education is preferred
• Fluency in French required for bilingual communication
• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
