In this hands-on role, you’ll greet guests, manage coat check, and ensure smooth operations r friendly, approachable nature and excellent multitasking abilities will contribute to an enjoyable atmosphere while addressing guest concerns. The role demands flexibility and the ability to handle busy shifts in a vibrant setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and make them feel valued
• Distribute preloaded game cards and merchandise payments
• Verify IDs and manage coat checks efficiently
• Collaborate with staff for a seamless service experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work spaces
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
• Ability to manage cash floats with accuracy
• Valid Smart Serve certification or willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work varying shifts on nights and weekends
