This full-time, 12-month contract role requires strong communication skills and 2+ years in customer service, ideally from a call center. You’ll support orders, monitor fulfillment, and educate customers about cannabis products, all while building lasting relationships. You will play a crucial role in order management, resolving discrepancies, and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships through responsive support
• Manage inquiries related to orders and service
• Collaborate with teams on order processing
• Resolve order issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School
• Bilingual in English and French
• 2+ years in Customer Service or call center
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer relationship skills
