As a Senior Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will work permanently in full-time capacity, assisting lawyers, notaries, and financial institutions.
Your role encompasses customer service, account management, and consultative sales while educating clients and identifying upsell opportunities. Exceptional relationship-building skills are a must to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate clients on Financial Solutions' product offerings
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Build strong, lasting client relationships
• Conduct product walkthroughs and assist with account management
• Resolve payment and service-related inquiries
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Knowledge of financial/legal technology is a plus
Utilize your bilingual skills and customer service expertise to enhance client interactions with Dye & Durham.
