In this role based in Downtown Toronto, you will combine customer service and sales to guide clients through vaccine requirements and appointment scheduling. You'll gather essential travel information, adapt to time-sensitive requests, and ensure clients receive the care they need before their journeys. Your contributions will foster trust and long-lasting relationships with travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls and handle client inquiries
• Collect key travel information efficiently
• Identify urgent appointment needs and secure bookings
• Schedule consultations and immunization visits
• Provide administrative support to leadership
Requirements:
• Background in customer service, sales, or call centers
• Proven sales-oriented mindset and communication proficiency
• Competence in Google Suite and tech systems
• Dependable and composed under pressure
• Must work in person at our Downtown Toronto location
Enable travelers to embark on safe journeys with your support as a dedicated Customer Service Representative.
