In this role, you will lead tours that dive deep into Toronto’s neighborhoods and culinary delights, while also assisting with administrative tasks throughout the week. With a focus on sustainability and experience-rich travel, you will be a key part of delivering unforgettable moments to travelers from around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct guided tours showcasing Toronto's diversity
• Provide necessary administrative support weekly
• Resolve customer issues and concerns during tours
• Engage travelers with stories about local culture
• Fill in for absent guides as needed
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and another language is ideal
• Extensive customer service experience
• Knowledgeable about local culture and food
• Capable of managing financial aspects of tours
• Flexible availability for tour scheduling
