Drive exceptional customer service as a Bilingual Online Billing and Support Agent lize your communication skills to assist customers with inquiries, fraud prevention, and billing concerns.
This role seeks candidates with over two years of customer service experience and excellent bilingual communication skills will handle customer-related inquiries, process refunds, and assist with chargebacks through phone and email support. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help in managing multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve high-risk order issues
• Process refunds and billing inquiries accurately
• Support customers through phone and email interactions
• Collaborate across departments for service improvement
• Identify and escalate unresolved customer issues
Requirements:
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• Proficient in French and English communication
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy
• Call Centre experience preferable
