As the Customer Service Operations Manager, you will lead a committed team in delivering top-tier service. This role involves overseeing the order cycle, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring regulatory compliance in all service facets. Your strategic approach will strengthen client relationships and streamline processes for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and mentor the customer service team to achieve excellence
• Ensure effective order processing and timely customer deliveries
• Address customer inquiries and escalate issues effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years in customer service management
• Knowledge of chemical industry regulations is a plus
• Proven leadership and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM and Microsoft Office
