As a key member of our support team, you will facilitate client success by onboarding them onto the Pheed Loop platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard customers and set events for success

• Communicate effectively via email and phone

• Conduct client walkthroughs and trainings

• Support during crucial live event dates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, recent or upcoming graduate

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Independent and team-focused

• Experience in customer support is an advantage
