In this role, you will report directly to the In-Flight Services management team. Your fluency in English and French, coupled with your solid customer service background, will help create a safe and welcoming environment. You will actively ensure compliance with safety policies while managing on-board passenger experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain passenger safety and security at all times
• Provide excellent customer service during flights
• Monitor and adjust cabin conditions for comfort
• Assist passengers and lift heavy luggage when needed
• Report safety issues and participate in training
Requirements:
• Hold a valid Canadian or international passport
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Successful completion of secondary school is required
• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• Ability to meet medical criteria for the position
Utilize your bilingual and interpersonal skills to enhance the Porter Airlines flight experience and ensure every passenger feels valued.
