As a Crew Member at Sky Zone, you will have the chance to work in diverse departments. Positions include Court Monitor, Café Associate, and Party Host, providing a platform to build experience in customer service and safety management. Applicants are encouraged regardless of previous experience, and flexibility is key to accommodate various shift needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests to deliver exceptional service

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all park users

• Work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

• Collaborate with teammates in a dynamic environment

• Lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds as needed

Requirements:

• Age 16 years or older

• Enjoy working with large groups and a fast-paced atmosphere

• Experience in customer service/retail is beneficial

• Willingness to adjust to flexible work hours

• Ability to maintain activity for extended periods
