This role within the Investor Services Inc (ISI) team places you at the forefront of client interactions, both over the phone and online. Employ problem-solving skills to recognize client needs and deliver solutions without providing investment advice. Enhance your abilities through an industry-leading training program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to address their specific needs
• Listen and solve problems for effective client relationships
• Master ISI products and the Investor’s Edge platform
• Ensure prompt handling of client requests
• Proficiently switch between multiple software applications
Requirements:
• Business degree/diploma; CSC is beneficial
• Fluent in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Call center experience highly regarded
• Strong motivation and ability to achieve goals
