Become the vital link between customers and service delivery at Beanfield as an Order Management Coordinator. This role promises an engaging, collaborative work environment while managing our commercial orders.
As a dynamic multi-tasker, you’ll oversee client orders from inception to completion, ensuring clarity in expectations and timelines.
Your role will challenge your organizational skills and analytical thinking while directly impacting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm client requirements with the sales team
• Handle multiple orders simultaneously with care
• Provide timely resolutions for customer inquiries
• Coordinate with departments to guarantee timely delivery
• Manage client records and data accurately
Requirements:
• High school diploma essential
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or administration
• Knowledge of JIRA and SAP is advantageous
• Experience with VOIP and IPTV services
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
