Bask seeks a leader with over five years in customer success within a SaaS environment to oversee comprehensive account management and customer relationship strategies. You will serve as a critical point of contact, adapting strategies based on detailed customer insights and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals
• Create and implement tailored engagement strategies
• Evaluate customer engagement and communicate trends
• Facilitate program demos and respond to inquiries
• Share and document AI-first processes within the team
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Customer Success within a SaaS context
• Experience managing large enterprise customers
• Strong creative problem solver and communicator
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends if required
Lead customer success efforts at Bask by developing dynamic relationships and leveraging AI in telehealth excellence.
