Become a Client Success Manager at Boldr, where you’ll help maximize client value and drive business growth remotely. This role is vital for enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
As part of the Client Success Team, you will manage high-impact accounts, focusing on renewals and relationship-building with decision-makers. Drive value through strategic insights while educating clients on leveraging Boldr's services to meet their needs. Collaborate closely with various teams to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive client renewals and expansion of Boldr’s services
• Support onboarding process aligned with business goals
• Introduce valuable insights to improve customer experience
• Foster relationships with executive level clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in Hub Spot
Requirements:
• Legal residency in a Five Eyes country required
• At least 3 years in customer experience or account management
• Successful background in quota-bearing roles
• Experience with CRM and support platforms
• Excellent skills in communication and relationship building
