SOCi is on the lookout for an expert to help clients maximize their engagement with our platform. Your strategic oversight will ensure that we meet customer needs while driving adoption and revenue growth. With your skills, you'll facilitate regular communication and analyze client usage to provide insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key client relationships and act as a liaison
• Empower clients through training and product knowledge
• Analyze client engagement and summarize findings
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Deliver thorough reviews to clients, aligning with goals
Requirements:
• 5+ years in customer success or account management
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with complex, multi-divisional accounts
• Familiar with customer success tools
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
Drive client success and relationship management efforts at SOCi as a key leader in customer engagement.
