As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in identifying customer needs and guiding them through BMO's banking services. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree or certificate preferred
• Passion for customer service and retail banking
• Confident in using various digital platforms
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
• Basic communications and organizational abilities
