Drive customer satisfaction at Beanfield as a Field Service Coordinator. Offer ‘white-glove’ service to clients while ensuring seamless communication across internal teams.
As a vital member of our service delivery group, you’ll facilitate connection and clarity between customers and internal sales and technical teams. This role requires support during the implementation phase, effective management of multiple orders, and first-contact resolution for customer inquiries to ensure all expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clarify client requirements to support sales initiatives
• Monitor and manage daily orders for timely delivery
• Provide resolution for customer concerns during initial interaction
• Liaise with departments to maintain order timelines
• Maintain detailed customer records utilizing internal systems
Requirements:
• High school diploma essential
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or administration
• Experience with JIRA and SAP beneficial
• Knowledge of VOIP, Internet, and IPTV
• Excellent time-management and analytical skills
