Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and assist with service inquiries

• Screen calls and manage communication with staff members

• Provide referrals based on client needs and eligibility

• Organize and follow up on appointments and workshops

• Assist in maintaining program resources and client records

Requirements:

• Diploma in customer service or administration required

• 2 years of relevant experience required

• Strong computer skills in MS Office and data management

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Criminal reference check for vulnerable sector needed
