Volkswagen Mid Town Toronto is looking for a Service Drive Thru Concierge to add to their team in Toronto. Volkswagen Mid Town Toronto is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.
As the first point of contact in our Service Department, the Service Concierge will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience. Our Service Concierges welcome customers as they arrive, assist with service traffic flow, support Service Advisors, and help move vehicles throughout the shop and car wash.
This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working with people.
Compensation: $18.50 to $20 per hour.

- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and upbeat attitude.
- Assists customers with their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
- Controls service traffic flow and parking.
- Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.
- Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
- Assists Service Advisors with duties at the service counter and in the service drive through.
- Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Assists customer follow‑up on repair orders.
- Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager.
- A positive, friendly attitude and strong customer service mindset.
- Valid G2 or G Driver's License.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles is an asset.
- Reliability, motivation, and eagerness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
