Position: Bilingual Client Success Coordinator Needed
Support clients as a Bilingual Client Success Coordinator, excelling in both French and English. This role is ideal for proactive individuals with a robust customer service background.

We are looking for a fully bilingual individual to fulfill the role of Client Success Coordinator in a highly collaborative setting. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, account coordination, or project coordination. Your work will be essential in ensuring smooth client support and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calls and emails from Owners and Store Managers

• Provide clear support regarding merchandising kits and programs

• Flag underperforming SKUs and maintain documentation

• Process print orders efficiently through the internal portal

• Work closely with cross-functional teams on initiatives

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken

• Background in customer service or project coordination

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, reliable, and proactive approach
