VA Leaside's launch team as an experienced Concierge, set to open in Toronto in 2026. Deliver exceptional service and coordinate engaging activities that enhance residents' lifestyle.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for community members and guests, addressing their queries and concerns. You'll manage events, ensure safety protocols, and support residents with logistical needs. Your excellent communication skills will drive engagement and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries from residents and guests efficiently
• Arrange local activities and community events
• Supervise entrance and exit access for safety
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate assistance
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on issues
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in hospitality or tourism management
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with the local community
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working flexible shifts
