As part of Fidelity’s team, you will play a crucial role in managing client onboarding and enhancing the overall client experience. Your responsibilities will include verifying documentation, monitoring onboarding progress, and addressing client queries promptly. A strong grasp of regulatory requirements and exceptional client service skills will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and verify all client documentation accurately
• Monitor onboarding progress and resolve outstanding issues
• Build and maintain client records in the CRM system
• Liaise with custodians regarding account matters
• Contribute to improvement initiatives for onboarding processes
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ work experience in a similar role
• Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or Finance
• Familiarity with Mutual Fund Industry regulations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Successful completion of IFIC or CSC required
