Position: Customer-Focused Sales Coordinator Role
Join the dynamic team at Quarterback Transportation as a Customer-Focused Sales Coordinator. This position is centered around effective communication, order management, and customer relationship building in a hybrid work setting.

In this role, you'll leverage your customer service experience to handle orders and schedules efficiently. Daily, you will communicate with decision makers and address any operational challenges related to shipments. You will also prepare reports and collaborate with the Accounting department for account credits while updating prospects in Salesforce to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle communications with decision makers about deliveries

• Accept customer orders through various channels

• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments effectively

• Monitor and resolve shipment-related issues promptly

• Compile daily and monthly sales reports accurately

Requirements:

• 2 years of customer service experience required

• Sales coordinator experience is a plus

• Strong proficiency in English and typing

• Ability to work in a collaborative team

• Familiarity with TMS and Salesforce systems
