Position: Enterprise Customer Success Leadership Role
Take the lead in customer success at Nitro as the Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In this hybrid role, you'll ensure exceptional experiences while driving engagement within a diverse business customer base.

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Nitro, you play a vital role in guiding post-sales interactions and ensuring that enterprise clients derive maximum value from our SaaS products. This position requires 3-5 years in account management or customer success. You’ll act as a liaison, connecting customers with various internal departments to meet high-priority needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead post-sales engagement for enterprise business clients

• Cultivate customer partnerships and drive adoption

• Ensure effective onboarding and support for new customers

• Assess and manage customer health to reduce churn

• Collaborate with internal teams for enhanced service delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years in B2B customer-focused roles

• Strong detail-oriented communication skills

• Up to 10% travel flexibility
