Join the Manulife Centre team as a Temporary Customer Service Representative. This full-time role focuses on delivering top-tier service through phone and written communication.
Starting July 20th, 2026, you will engage with monthly parking customers and assist with inquiries, while maintaining professionalism throughout. Ideal candidates thrive under pressure and possess critical thinking skills necessary for effective resolution of customer concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers
• Manage high-volume calls and correspondence
• Resolve inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
• Assist with new account setup and navigation
• Ensure detailed documentation of customer transactions
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED is essential
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Successful background check required
• Authorization to work in Canada needed
