In this pivotal role, you will manage the onboarding and customer activation for a diverse portfolio, striving to maximize Ramp product adoption within two months. Your experience in balancing efficiency and personalization will be essential as you work closely with customers, directing them through the adoption journey. This hands-on role provides a unique opportunity to significantly influence Ramp's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the entire onboarding strategy for new customers
• Engage and drive conversations with focused agendas
• Ensure thorough implementation of Ramp’s capabilities
• Analyze customer workflows to identify improvement areas
• Partner with Product teams to relay customer feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years directly in Customer Success or SaaS environments
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships
• Ability to balance scale with personal touch in onboarding
• Proficient in data analysis to guide project directions
• Capacity to work with cross-functional teams effectively
