Position: Genesis Downtown Guest Services Specialist

As a Genesis Concierge & Service BDC Coordinator, you will be the face of our hotel-quality service. This role requires an aptitude for building relationships and understanding client needs while supporting operational excellence across various customer service channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary welcome point for arriving guests

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications

• Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently

• Assist in providing guests with necessary care and updates

• Track lead activity and ensure client information accuracy

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent minimum

• Strong, persuasive communication skills essential

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office required
