Rhapsody is seeking a Concierge to ensure an outstanding experience for all residents at their luxury rental community. Candidates should have experience in upscale customer service, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellence. Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts is essential, as you will help create a vibrant community atmosphere through resident events and exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents and guests, managing the concierge phone line
• Provide resources and information about the local community
• Build strong relationships with residents and future community members
• Assist with on- and off-site community events
• Support marketing initiatives through social media and online content
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED completion
• 2+ years in a customer service or concierge role
• Knowledge of the local area is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excel in customer service and community engagement as part of Rhapsody's dedicated team.
