Hybrid Collections Agent

You will be responsible for contacting consumers, answering account inquiries, and negotiating repayment terms. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact consumers to collect overdue accounts

• Negotiate repayment terms effectively with consumers

• Update consumer account information accurately

• Document call results clearly for tracking

• Adhere to security policies and relevant laws

Requirements:

• Experience in collections or debt recovery roles

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

• Acute computer skills for documentation

• High-speed internet with an ethernet connection

• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
