At Charge Lab, you'll assist EV drivers and site hosts in both English and French. This on-site role combines problem-solving and customer service across phone, chat, and email. You'll collaborate with engineering and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and tackle technical challenges head-on.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide bilingual support via phone, chat, and email
• Collaborate with teams to maintain customer satisfaction
• Analyze connectivity logs for technical problem resolution
• Escalate hardware issues effectively to relevant teams
• Update documentation in both English and French
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
• Experience in customer or technical support roles
• Proficient in handling ticketing systems like Zendesk
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Preferred degree in a STEM field
