Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound collection activities professionally

• Identify reasons for late payments and propose solutions

• Negotiate payment arrangements to regularize accounts

• Refer accounts for legal action if required steps were taken

• Maintain meticulous records of all communications and agreements

Requirements:

• Diploma in a related discipline or 2 years of collections experience

• Knowledge of residential and commercial lending products

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
