We are seeking two bilingual representatives for full-time shifts at ESC to enhance our customer service team. Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate data entry within our systems. As a primary point of contact, you will facilitate prompt responses and maintain records of client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries
• Investigate and resolve customer issues effectively
• Process and manage customer orders accurately
• Track and follow up on requests for timely resolution
• Maintain detailed records in the Eservice system
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of corporate supply products
• Proficiency with computers and relevant software
