In this position, you will serve as the key point of contact for both current and prospective clients. You will need to demonstrate outstanding customer service prowess while remaining detail-oriented. Your ability to efficiently troubleshoot, address complaints, and clarify information will greatly enhance our client's experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls promptly
• Follow call center scripts to ensure consistency
• Troubleshoot problems and field customer complaints
• Build trustworthy relationships with clients
• Accurately record conversations in CRM software
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English
• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong keyboarding skills and computer proficiency
