Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Accerta

In this full-time, permanent role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries via phone, chat, email, and more. Your bilingual communication skills will ensure clients receive clear and professional support. You'll actively resolve client issues and contribute to a seamless client experience while navigating a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality bilingual client service across all communication channels

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

• Conduct outbound follow-ups to support issue resolution

• Record detailed case notes in the CRM for effective follow-up

• Adhere to client privacy and confidentiality requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in customer service or call center roles

• Fluency in English and French with strong communication skills

• Knowledge of dental benefits or administration is an asset

• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities

• Resilience in handling sensitive client interactions
