Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries via calls and digital channels
• Investigate and verify customer accounts through web applications
• Communicate solutions kindly to clients
• Assist in rehabilitating accounts in arrears
• Conduct follow-up calls on inactive accounts
Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and passion for customer service
• Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus
• Previous call center experience preferred but not required
