In your position as a Customer Support Specialist at Bid
13, you'll work closely with our Sales team and serve as a frontline resource. You'll address customer inquiries, resolve system issues, and assist with various administrative tasks. Your commitment to problem-solving and effective communication will be key in ensuring operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries using phone, email, and ticketing
• Resolve login, bidding, and payment-related issues
