Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and book leisure travel, including tours and cruises
• Ensure top-notch client service from inquiry to post-travel
• Manage detailed client documentation and changes efficiently
• Foster strong relationships with repeat clients
• Work closely with suppliers for a smooth travel experience
Requirements:
• TICO certification is required
• Relevant experience as a leisure travel consultant
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is a plus
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a knack for organization
