As part of the team, you will report to the Senior Customer Care Manager and play a key role in managing service requests and conducting effective customer communications. We value candidates with at least three years of experience in customer service, adept at resolving inquiries efficiently and maintaining strong relationships with clients and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch customer service on every interaction
• Respond to inquiries across phone and electronic channels
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism
• Support peer mentoring within the team
Requirements:
• Fluent in French and English
• Minimum three years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Experience with routing and dispatch preferred
• Ability to work independently and in teams
