As a key member of the SCOPE project team, you'll handle live chat queries and manage customer inquiries related to bookings and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Diploma in Maritime Studies or related fields preferred

• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office applications

• 2 years of relevant experience preferred
