Toonie Tours is seeking freelance Tour Guides to represent Toronto’s vibrant community. Ideal candidates will have previous guiding experience and availability for part-time or seasonal work. This role requires leading groups of up to 30 customers while delivering captivating narratives about the city.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create personalized tours emphasizing community stories
• Welcome and lead groups of 5-30 tourists
• Provide local recommendations for travelers
• Represent Toonie Tours with enthusiasm and knowledge
• Adapt to changing outdoor conditions during tours
Requirements:
• Previous tour guiding experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and storytelling skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Must be punctual and physically fit
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
