In this role at Mabe, you will manage inbound calls from customers across Canada. Your responsibilities include addressing product warranty inquiries and booking service calls efficiently. Success in this position requires fluency in both French and English, strong technical skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer inquiries in French and English
• Manage warranty and service booking requests efficiently
• Complete real-time transactions using multiple software tools
• Follow up on commitments and escalate unresolved issues
• Work closely within a dynamic team environment
Requirements:
• Fluently bilingual in French and English
• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• College or University degree or equivalent experience
• Proficient in computer use and typing skills (30 WPM)
• Dependable and self-motivated with excellent team skills
