Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for customer calls in both languages. This role emphasizes effective communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex systems. As a representative, you will manage voicemails, respond to inquiries, and assist in various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries in French and English
• Manage voicemail and Info Email inbox actively
• Open and dispatch service calls in the ERP system
• Review and follow up on open calls efficiently
• Conduct investigations for cardholder issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a bilingual call center
• Excellent verbal and written communication in both languages
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Deliver high-quality service and support effectively for NCR's diverse customer base.
