Enhance client relationships as a Client Success Specialist at SAP Concur. Utilize communication and analytical skills to ensure successful activation for over 100 SMB clients.
In this pivotal role within the Client Development organization, you'll engage with SMB accounts to address project delays and drive customer satisfaction. Your ability to analyze data and propose actionable strategies will be key in maximizing product activation and client retention while collaborating effectively with teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mitigate customer cancellations with proactive solutions
• Implement engagement strategies to boost client responsiveness
• Analyze client data to inform teams of potential trends
• Consult with customers to propose activation solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to present data insights
Requirements:
• B.S. or B.A. degree required
• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Gainsight
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical aptitude for solution proposals
