Your responsibilities include streamlining processes, managing client inquiries, and executing trading instructions. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients

• Manage follow-ups and communication clearly and professionally

• Support Advisors by handling client inquiries

• Streamline processes for operational excellence

• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred

• Over 5 years in client support roles

• Familiarity with financial planning is beneficial

• Registered with CIRO or equivalent requirements

• Expertise in Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred
