Join NCR Atleos as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support in both English and French. Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently every day.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will handle incoming queries, enhance operational status, and maintain customer satisfaction. As a vital member of our team in Atlanta, your skills in customer service, attention to detail, and bilingual ability will empower you to make a genuine impact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Canadian Customer Service voicemail and inquiries
• Respond to English and French calls on merchant issues
• Open service calls and dispatch in ERP system
• Investigate cardholder issues and provide resolutions
• Monitor daily 0TX terminal queries and manage service calls
Requirements:
• 1 year bilingual call centre experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness
